I want to incorporate my internet-based business in Costa Rica because of the costs for incorporation and various different fees I have to pay in my country. All of the other countries I have found are also way too expensive in comparison to the fees I see for Costa Rica. My search has taken me to:

But I am not sure where I need to go to incorporate a (Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada). Can anyone help me out as to what I can do? Also, I am just google translating everything to Greek/English, can I submit my application in English?
